Working alongside the Senior Product Manager, you'll turn the roadmap into delivered features and smooth client implementations — owning more of the delivery and stakeholder work than the Junior role, and mentoring the Junior PM.

Key responsibilities

  • Own delivery of features and fixes against the roadmap
  • Run client implementations and demonstrations independently
  • Manage day-to-day stakeholder communication
  • Translate requirements into clear specifications for engineering
  • Coordinate testing, release and documentation
  • Mentor and support the Junior Product Manager

Essential experience & skills

  • Experience as a Product Manager / Owner or in delivery
  • Confident stakeholder management
  • Experience delivering SaaS or ICT products
  • Well organised and self-directed
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Willingness and ability to obtain clearance (BPSS, SC or higher)

Desirable experience

  • UK public-sector or regulated experience
  • Agile, Scrum or the GDS Service Standard
  • Existing security clearance
